Application/Fingerprint Clearance

If you are interested in coaching a sport, please complete the attached application and email it along with your letter of interest to the Athletic Director, Brad Halgash at bhalgash@lew-port.com. You will also need to have your fingerprint clearance completed before your name is submitted to the Board of Education for Approval.
